SALLY MARTIN, LCSW

Sally Martin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has specialized in working with self-destructive and traumatized individuals for approximately the last 25 years. She is well-versed in treating acute trauma, PTSD, and CPTSD by utilizing aspects of Internal Family Systems and EMDR and has experienced great success in treating self-destructive behaviors by aligning with the client to create a trusting and encouraging relationship. As an adolescent, Sally was subjected to mental-health services that led to involvement in what is now known as the Troubled Teen Industry. Later, as an adult, she provided mental-health services for victims of the Troubled Teen Industry. Her experience as a consumer and provider in that industry has deepened her understanding of the trauma that others have experienced as well as the need for change.
